How long does it take to receive my glasses?
Standard delivery for non-prescription frames takes 3-5 working days. For prescription lenses, please allow 7-10 working days as our opticians custom-craft each pair in our French workshop.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day 'no questions asked' return policy. If you aren't completely satisfied with your frames, you can return them for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition.
Can I use my own prescription?
Absolutely. You can upload a photo of your prescription during checkout, or if you don't have it handy, you can send it to our customer care team via email after placing your order.
Are your lenses scratch-resistant?
Yes, all Jimmy Fairly lenses come with a high-quality anti-scratch and anti-reflective coating as standard, ensuring your vision remains clear and your glasses stay protected.
