We want you to love your new frames, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all eyewear. Whether you need a different style or a prescription adjustment, our team is here to ensure your vision is perfect.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your customer account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive your prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Frames

  Place your glasses, original case, and cleaning cloth securely inside the original packaging to ensure they arrive back at our studio in perfect condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at your nearest collection point; we will notify you as soon as it reaches our workshop.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  Once inspected, we will process your full refund to your original payment method or ship out your new pair of frames within 5-7 business days.
